At Sphera W**ery, it’s both.

For me, this visit is personal — a chance to spend time with friends, share a glass, and celebrate the family, hard work, and heart behind one of Israel’s distinctive white-w**e w**eries.

On a wandering W**e Tour through old Jaffa,
I came upon my old friends, the grapes,
hanging around in the sunshine,
waiting for the brix to rise.

A little later in our tour,
I came upon a site that twinkled in my eyes;
a classic poster for my friends at Carmel,
reminding us from where
these wonderful grapes have brought us
over the ages, at different stages of our times.
