In the living room there is folded sofa ( 120x200cm), armchair and large LCD TV which you can watch either from the room or to easily turn to be watched from the terrace ,DVD and Audio system. The Audio system is connected to the TV/DVD with speakers in the room, in the terrace and by the pool. Plenty wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, gas stove, espresso machine. Hot and cold filtered water machine. Large sized refrigerator and large kitchen table with all cutlery plates and glass.
A decked large terrace with covered area with 12 seats wooden dining table and tanning area with 2 lounge beds and BBQ. In addition to ,an outdoor, breakfast table adjacent to the bedroom.

Smolenskin St is a side street which is very quiet and connects you to the main arteries of Hayarkon and Ben Yehuda Streets. You can walk, bus or drive to where ever you want to get very easily from here.
