REMOTE JOB OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a talented Mendix Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Mendix Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Mendix applications to meet our business needs. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Mendix development, including building responsive web applications, integrations with other systems, and implementing custom business logic. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and deploy Mendix applications according to best practices and industry standards. Implement custom business logic using Mendix microflows and Java. Integrate Mendix applications with existing systems and third-party APIs. Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within deadlines. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed. Stay up-to-date with Mendix platform updates, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Mendix Developer, with at least 2 years of experience. Strong proficiency in Mendix development tools, including Mendix Studio and Mendix Studio Pro. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with databases and data modeling concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Mendix Developer Certification. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Experience: 1+ year required as a Mendix Developer.
