Recently got many calls from know/unknown traveller seeking help for their online booking…
We came across to many people who had booked their travel through online booking option and had seen tough time to getting it change or claim refund as so called big online brands had failed to do after sales service to their customers. All the online bookers had tough time reaching to these big online companies as their phone lines are not reachable.
Why do you see your traditional travel agent / consultant as a rescue??
As a travel consultant I can bet that the traditional travel consultants & Travel agents provide service to their clients that online companies cannot and to establish that many reasons are as below.

I have a question for all my Business travellers, Corporates , friends n family who has got their travel plans done from online portals .... Did you get the same services from them?? SORRY AFTER SALES SERVICES??
We do not need the ANSWER from you but DONT YOU think it’s a time to get back to your traditional travel agents!!
Don’t you think that they are also in business and they are also entitled to earn some profits the way you earn in your business?
