When we started in July 2018, it was a small step to fulfill an entrepreneurship dream, an experiment to check the feasibility of a simple yet difficult busin

ess model. A model based only and only on Repeat and Referral (R&R) business. It was a risk that we took and many people questioned us about how do you think, you will survive only on R&R, without buying any queries, without doing any paid marketing activities? But we had faith on our past track record of customer service excellence that we had delivered to our clients in different capacities. We had faith in the trust and confidence that we had gained as a customer service executioner over the past many years. Our belief is- Products can be replicated but customer service cannot be replicated. It is about giving an experience to the client which he will cherish for the rest of his life. And a will not only come to you again and again but will also spread the about you in his circles. Strategy –
The main strategy will always be customer centricity. We believe in giving utmost importance to customer needs. Holidays are a very important family activity. It creates memories and we make sure that these memories are the best. To be more focused, it has been a strategic decision to deal only in select destinations. We do not want to compromise on our service quality and therefore we cater only to niche segments. The destinations that we work with are- Domestic travel anywhere in India, Bhutan, Nepal & Sri Lanka. Our Future Strategy:
1. We wish to grow more consistently rather than at a burgeoning pace wherein we may earn more and become bigger but not at the cost of our clients experience.
2. We prefer to have limited set of loyal clients rather than going after numbers where we appear to grow more but lose our identity which is the core of our existence.
