Saqeefah garden is situated about 200 m west of Masjid e Nabvi ﷺ. In fact, it was that place where Muslims consulted regarding the appointed Caliphate after the demise of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. There was dire need to appoint Caliph to run the Islamic State on the Sunnah of Prophet ﷺ. And for that purpose, a spot was fixed from west of Masjid e Nabvi.
