Adopting the latest technology at home and abroad, this newly developed machine has reached the international level and has become 3 Necessity for many knife users.

1 The working table is of Close Pole electromagnetic chuck with strong magnetic power & lower consumption.

3. The Spindle motor is professionally made with Double Bearing (Taper Roller ) for grinding knife, with high precision and easy maintenance.

3.machine has a double tilting fillet to lock tight the electro-magnetic chuck, so the grinder is more stable.
4.The Magnetic table is Rotatable from 0 to 180Digree (Grinding Angles)

5.Machine chooses rack and Gear driving For X Axis and uses Sensors to Return so the grinding head traveling is smoother without any Jerk.
5. The Electrical Buttons are Branded and chosen from Siemens which has a reliable quality. It is easy to operate and has a long life span

6. The Switch and the Contactor is chosen from French Schneider electric components which are well known in the world. The quality
is beyond all doubts.

7. The moving up and down (Z Axis) of the grinding head is dependent on the ball screw. The machine can be used for a long time without the dropping on the knife. It is the no clearance Transmission which helps in Accuracy in size.

8. The Linear Guide is From Taiwan TBI. It can keep the smoothness of the working and it has a long life. (Only in Linear Guide Knife Grinders)

9.The X Axis Movement of Grinding Head is controlled by the Drive It's Speed is 0-20m/s. Its speed can be Increased or decreased for Accurate as well as Rough Grinding.
10. The Machine is fitted with Polishing attachment with 2800RPM Servo motor for Mirror Finish of the Knife post Grinding Hence helping in sharper knife with Accuracy in Finishing.
