It was 6.30 in the morning. The mountains woke up with sleepy eyes, and so did I. A very kind host knocked at the door with a cup of tea and I asked him, "Is it raining outside?". He laughed squirmishly and said,
"You must be kidding! It's snowed all night"! I ran out to see the world in front of
me covered in white. Thick, gorgeous, majestic white! That morning, I ate my
first bowl of snowfall WaiWai', while everyone said, "Hey this guy must be mad
to go out in-12 degrees!

There's a lot of fear that people tend to have when it comes to
travel. "What if you get in an accident? Aren't you scared of bears, wildlife, crazy people?? What if someone steals the stuff off your bike? What if something goes wrong?"
Seriously, I feel more at risk now (being back home) just commuting back and forth from work on the KLR. It seems to me like all the city drivers in VA don't pay any attention to the road, my mind is in constant high alert trying to predict the next bad drivers decision. Surrounded by swarms of people who would rather stare at their phones then actually drive their cars. I couldn't tell you the amount of times I've had close calls in the last 10 months of being back home and I put a lock on my motorcycle tire every night to assure that someone doesn't get a wise idea. Anyways... here's a photo of my KLR posted up on top of the World Highway. No traffic out there and not a person in site. //

Fan Throated Lizard
The fan throated lizard (Sitana ponticeriana) mostly found in open patches, rocky grounds and in thin forest. The agamid species of lizard distributed across the Indian Subcontinent and recently discovered as a new colourful species of lizard.

Few years ago, when my father was working in the state of Chattisgarh, I went to this place for a school trip which is popularly known as Golden island of Chattisgarh.
I was a 12th grade student and already had extreme adrenaline rush after hearing the name of this place. This place is situated in the extreme forest region of Sarguja, a district in this state.

I was extremely fascinated by the beauty and serenity of this heaven. It felt as if my inner self is fully charged. For the first time, I felt nature has its healing power which is eternal and wonderful. The water was as blue as sky and yes it was amazing. It really felt like being on another planet.

People should know more about this place.

Dubai is a place of interest for many people and its desert safari is one of the most fascinating tourist's attractions. Imagine sitting in the middle of a desert with the most delicious Arabian delicacies in front of you, a ho**ah on your side accompanied with traditional dance and fire shows. Isn't it just too good to be true? I know it is but one can get whatever they wish for from a gold souk to a pet cheetah all at once in Dubai.
