When was the last time you heard silence?
Not the absence of sound.
The absence of human noise.
Ecopsychology teaches us that our relationship with nature isn't optionalโit's fundamental to being human.
For most of our history, the human mind evolved alongside birdsong, flowing water, changing seasons, and the rhythms of the natural world. Today, those rhythms are often replaced by constant notifications, traffic, and information.
Perhaps that's why many of us don't just feel busy.
We feel disconnected.
A Nature Immersion Walk isn't simply a walk in the forest. It's an opportunity to reconnect with the natural world, restore our attention, and explore the relationship between nature and mental wellbeing.
Maybe peace isn't something we find in nature.
Maybe it's something we remember.
