We’re looking for freelance Trek Leads & Tour Leads to join our weekend travel team at Adventure Buddha!
Whether you’re a nature lover, a local history buff, or just great with people — we’ll help you turn that energy into exciting weekend work.
📍 Location: Based in or around Bangalore
🗓️ Work Type: Part-Time / Freelance (Weekends Only)
💰 Pay: Per trip (based on group size & trip type) + bonuses + travel covered
🚀 What You’ll Do:
🧭 Lead group treks, temple trails, beach walks, or heritage experiences
🧑🤝🧑 Ensure group coordination, safety, and great vibes throughout the trip
🎤 Share fun, insightful stories about the place (training can be provided)
📸 Encourage participants to share photos/reels and collect testimonials
📝 Coordinate basic logistics (headcount, arrival, departure, etc.)
🧠 Handle small changes or emergencies with presence of mind
✅ Who This Is For:
Passionate about travel, nature, or culture
Great with people, energetic and friendly
Punctual, responsible, and comfortable managing small groups
Based in Bangalore or nearby (Willing to travel Fri night to Sun night)
Fluent in Kannada and English for communication
Bonus: Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
