Hi all

are u bored of the same beach stretches of gokarna and wanna have a experience pristine beach which south india has to offer. Then here is a chance for you to visit a unknown beach stretch with no huge crowds and hussling and bustling sounds of the usual beach treks.

About The Place :

* One of the less populated place in karnataka and away from all the regular places of visits as this is tucked away from the most known places around karnataka.
* The beach in this region is a beautiful with white sand spread miles and miles along the coast. hence you can call this place as Virgin Beaches.

Why you will Love this Trek :

* This trek is all about making your way across the most pristine beaches you would have ever visited in karnataka.
Unlike the other beach treks, These stretches are not intervened by the regular trekking groups. Hence calm and peacefulness guaranteed along the entirety of the stretch.
* Ferry Ride during the trek - This ride will possibly be one of the best parts of the trek. Also, you do not get any such opportunities on other treks.
* Camping on the sand under million stars - You will get a chance to camping under a million stars with the sound of the waves hitting the shore lull you to sleep. The best sleep you get is in nature’s lap
* We will cook our own food during our stay near the beach in the night. A unique experience which you wont get very often.
* We recently explored this stretch of beach, Hence if you love beaches or one who loves spending peaceful time away from the
hustle-bustle of the city life then it wont get better than this.

Friday:
Pickup from Majestic Bus stop near shantala silks , Leave from Bangalore at 8.30 pm

Saturday:
07:30 AM - Reach Base camp. Freshen-up & Breakfast
9:00 AM - Proceed to base point & Start beach trek.
1:00 PM - Reach ferry point and have lunch.
1:30 PM - start crossing the river to the other side to continue exploring next stretch of pristine beaches .
5:00 PM - Reach One of the campsite and rest for the day.
8:30 PM - Have dinner and rest in the Shared tents near the base camp.

Sunday:
6:30 AM - Wake up - Freshen-up - Breakfast.
9:00 AM - Pack your bag & head towards Next start point of the beach trek
5:30 PM - Reach one of the beautiful view points in the beach trek and end the memorable beach trek journey.
5:30 AM - Reach back to Bangalore.

Note: Drop point will be the same as pick-up point.

If you aren’t very new to the world of trekking then you would have heard the name Kumara Parvata being mentioned often. Considered among the toughest treks in South India, It is a perfect mix of physical challenge and natural beauty of the Pushpagiri Wildlife sanctuary

About The Place :

* It is nestled in the thickly forested Malenadu region of the Western Ghats mountain range Located at the edge of Coorg and Dakshina Kannada,.
* Kumaraparvatha is a part of the scenic Pushpagiri range of the Western Ghats and is nestled away amidst lush and verdant jungles.
* Kumara Parvatha also known as Pushpagiri is the third tallest peak in the western ghats of Karnataka at a height of 1712 m (5624 ft).
* Apart from being the toughest, it is one of the most beautiful peaks in the whole of western ghats with the peak almost always shrouded in clouds.
* you’ll be exposed to the majestic mountains, the valleys painted with the most amazing shades of green, little brooks and some surprises that nature has to offer enroute.
* The mountain lies behind the famous Kukke Subramanya temple.

07:30 AM - Reach Kukke Basecamp. Freshen-up & Breakfast
9:00 AM - Proceed to base point & Start Trek to Kumara Parvatha.
12:30 PM - Reach Bhattaramane and Rest for the day and will have lunch and dinner in Bhattaramane only.
1:30 PM - Reach Second rest point after hiking toughest part of Narasimha parvatha. WIll break for Lunch.
9:00 PM - Have dinner and rest in the Shared tents near the base camp.

Sunday:
6:00 AM - Wake up - Freshen-up - Breakfast.
7:00 AM - Pack your bag & only carry essentials to continue trek to Kumaraparvatha.
11:00 AM - Reach The Kumaraparvatha peak. Enjoy the views and click pictures.
11:30 AM - Start trek back to bhattaramane and reach by 2.30PM
2:30 PM - Have lunch at bhattaramane and head back to base camp.
5:30 PM - Reach back to base camp near Kukke subhramanya temple.
5:30 AM - Reach back to Bangalore with loads of memories to cherish.

Note: 1.Drop point will be the same as pick-up point.
2.The Food will basic south indian dishes so dont expect Luxury during the trip.
3.The toilet facilities are available near bhattaramane but are very basic and shared by all the hikers coming that day for the trek.
4.Carry enough cash since the payments needs to be made then and there itself.

About The Place :

Agumbe :

* It is nestled in the thickly forested Malenadu region of the Western Ghats mountain range.
* Agumbe is associated with rainforest conservation efforts, documentation of medicinal plants, tourism (trekking and photography)
* The popular Agumbe Rainforest Research Station founded by the world renouned wildlife herpetologist
Romulus Whitaker was established as a sanctuary and study of the King Cobra, Agumbe's flagship species.
* Situated at an altitude of 826 m in Shimoga, its the tallest peak (about 3780 feet) in Agumbe Ghats.
* Agumbe Rainforest is a dense, wet, tropical evergreen ecosystem, high in its level of biodiversity and the most wettest place in south in receiving the heaviest rainfall in south india.
* Agumbe provides an environment for large and small mammals such as the endangered lion-tailed macaque and other species.
* Agumbe is a popular destination for bird watchers and photographers. Among the endemic birds are the Malabar trogon, the yellow-browed bulbul and Sri Lankan frogmouths.

6:00 PM - Reach back to kigga. Our extraction zone for the trek.

9:00 AM - Pack your bag & head towards agumbe to See ARRS, Kundadri and Sirimane Falls.
