Good. Come, join us, Emeraldescapes this time on ‘Jaladhara Trek, 2017’ in Uttara Kannada.
These treks are in the forests of western ghats which are not still very populous so you will be enjoying the real beauty of Western Ghats and its pristine rain forests.
Monsoon is ‘Magical’ in Uttara Kannada. Being on the west of the mighty ghats that trap the monsoon clouds and shower the surrounding area with abundant rains that all need to drain in to the Arabian sea. Drain they do and how. They form spectacular waterfalls all along the westernghats, some of which are still to be discovered and named.
We have been conducting our waterfall treks since 2016 and this year, the same is planned for 9th/ 10th September 2017.
1. Price: INR 5500/- per person (Including transfers from/to bus station, local transport, Stay for 1 night in home stay(s) (3 or 4 in a room, separate rooms for men/ women), Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Dinner for 2 days)
2. All our packages are ex Kumta bus station (pick up between 7.00 AM and 7.15 AM only, please plan your busses to kumta based on arrival time) to which there are many overnight busses – both sleeper coaches and pushback seaters.
3. We can also organize Non AC TT from your location for estimated Rs 1750* per person (* Need atleast 10 travelers to opt for this option from 1 locations, estimates for Bengaluru only, other locations will be worked out specifically)
4. Our packages run for a group size of 12, are Non Smoking and Non Alcoholic all through and the food served is Vegetarian. Trekkers are required to carry a separate bag for collecting their litter and bringing it back to base camps (home stay) for recycling.

7. Minimal specialized equipment such as daypack, trekking shoes, rain poncho, lowland gaiters will be a prerequisite for the trek.
