Position: Tour Manager (Part-time)

Responsibilities and Duties
Who wouldn't love travelling the World for free!
As a TM (Tour Manager), you will have the opportunity to get trained and work with the best Educational Tourist Company in India.

Key Responsibilities
1) He/She will be the main Coordinator from crazy holidays monitoring the team and responsible for the performance of the entire team
2) He/She has the entire responsibility of successful ex*****on of the Tour by coordinating with the customer representative performing as per the task break up and updating the task status from time to time and communicating and resolving any issues time to time
3) He/She should have a very good communication skill.
4) He/She should be capable of handling expenses during the trip and submit accounts (with bills) and give the reason for budget variance, if any.
5) He/She should be capable of handling any emergency situations during the trip.
6) His/Her activity starts in the office and ends at office during every trip and should handover the trip file with guest report and other required documents, duly filled.
7) He/She should take NOC every Saturday after briefing the trip Coordinator / file incharge after understanding the break up,the places of visit( by observing videos) and contract with suppliers by referring the booking forms and payment details
8) Should attend the pre-departure meeting in time for Overnight Trips.
9) He/She should make relevant changes in break-up during briefing and updating task status during trip and collecting payment based on sms sent.
Don't worry, excellent training will be given! As long as you are a quick learner.
Required Experience and Qualifications
1) Freshers and experiences are welcome! Since its part-time....you can enjoy ur time off on days when you will not be travelling!
2) All we ask is you should have a passion for Travel, and should enjoy working with children.
3) Candidates having project or previous work with Colleges/Schools will be given preference.
