Ladies, we are currently going on an advance booking for driving training like really long. I have just closed one for Sep end now so next bookings are opening for October. I am sharing this because we have loads of demand and need more trainers whether on salary or as franchise partners. Women who have atleast 4-5 years of driving experience and are looking for a new challenge, loads of money, please do connect and explore. Currently the most demand we are facing is from Sarjapur Road, ORR, JP Nagar, BTM, Banashankari, Bannerghatta road, Indiranagar and Whitefield. My maid is so cute. She had told me she wanted to join as a driver at Taxshe . Multiple times she spoke to me. So many issues of home etc as usual. But she waited. One day I showed her one of the roos videos and she started crying, said she so wanted to get out of this maid thing and drive. Then I told her to wait. Only post Dec I would train her so she was ready for next school year. Talk to ur family properly till then u have a lot of time. Today she told me, "I HAVE DECIDED. I will start training from December. U just let me know when u want to start." Her face just lit up. Because she had obviously been going up and down with her family and she finally got them to fix on this. With a big smile she said, "Madam done"

80+ parents signed a petition for Taxshe cabs to be parked inside school 😍

Yeah, pre-pandemic nostalgia. We were driving so many girls of a particular high profile school in Central Bangalore. And taken passes to park our cabs/vans inside the school. Faced a bit of resistance due to jealousy from male van drivers as commercial vehicles were not allowed into school, but Taxshe was allowed.

That's when parents got tog, 80+ parents put out a petition to school, called their own kids as "Taxshe Kids", and pushed the school to make special arrangements for women cabs, encouraging more women to keep the next gen safe.

Well, the school finally still didn't budge, and we found alternate arrangement for parking. But it didn't matter. What mattered was the movement so many parents joined in together, to stand up for the safety and encourage women cabs for kids.

Loved it, still overwhelmed thinking about those days!

What does a tiffin box mean to a kid? Something he/ she waits for. For a parent who has to send a tiffin daily, it means the world, the right nutrition, the right time for the tiffin to reach, the warmth it goes with, actual heat and the love which goes along with it.

Why am I talking of tiffin box. Because as a surprise element we at Taxshe delivered tiffin box to a single dad's kids through the year. It was a very odd request for us. We were driving his children as it is and them he requested we also drop the tiffin for lunch to school. I was a bit bewildered, as it would work out expensive using a cab only to drop the tiffin. But he explained that trust and consistency was our core. He knew that if we took it up, we would deliver come hail come storm. For him following up with regular delivery people was becoming a nuisance value, being on tender hooks whether the person will come or not, timely service etc. He was always on the edge at work with the worry about the tiffin, so he engaged us for the sheer commitment and "momminess" we bring to the table. Soon another neighbour also started sending her kids tiffin along 😅

A different engagement indeed, a different level of satisfaction, again another mom ensuring kids eat in time. Taking away the stress from the single Dad was a super enriching experience for us
