single concrete vision restricting its course. Instead it seeks to examine the myriad facets of ‘the human condition’ through stories of people, cultures a

nd practices - far removed from our own. In its exploration, Further and Beyond also unearths diverse opportunities to plug into a need and create solutions. Built to be self-sufficient, these subsidiary projects ultimately affect change; personal and collective. Further and Beyond is then a reminder of where we’ve been, what’s influenced us, what changes we’ve affected and who we are constantly evolving into.

A few miles to go,
a few tasks to do,
the goal is insight,
soon there will be light at night.

We are gearing up; and i would like to thank all those who have contributed towards this journey so far.

We have achieved 69% of our fundraising goal, and while this is happening our Micro turbine has reached the base location.
Other equipments like wires and cables have been shipped, and our local team is getting ready for the task.

We however need a some special skilled volunteers. If you are a story teller and uses the medium video and photos to express, do give us a shout.

We have a few days left on our campaign, please support and spread the word to help us achieve our goal.

Northeast waste Collective is collecting as much ewaste to help channelise it responsibly and in turn light up some homes for the The Batti Project.

This Rongali you can drop off your ewaste at Sonaram Field, Bharalumukh - Guwahati, Assam.

Dates : 5th 6th and 7th April, 2019.

Only 1.5 percent of the e-waste generated in India gets recycled. It's time to change that!

This Rongali, declutter your homes of any unwanted gadgets and drop it off at the e-waste collection zone at Rongali to help in recycling it responsibly.

Northeast Waste Collective is collecting as much e-waste as possible!

By channelizing e-waste for safe recycling, we use the money generated to light up remote homes in the Northeast. Simple!

What is e-waste?

All kinds of electronic and electrical appliances no longer fit for their intended use are considered e-waste. These devices could include computers and their accessories, mobile phones and chargers, remotes, CDs, headphones, batteries, ACs, refrigerators, etc.
