Finally the Most awaited trek is here. Trek to Charmadi ghats. One of the best place to enjoy the nature. Mist covered Hills, Beauty of nature at its best during this mansoon season.
A paradise hidden away from the busy highway. On early mornings, and on rainy evenings, mist envelopes the hills, creating a magnificent image. DOnt miss to trek charmadi ghats with us.

About Charmadi ghats :
Charmadi is a village in Belthangady taluk of Dakshina Kannada.
A stretch of about 25 km between Kottigehara of Chikmagalur and the village of Charmadi in South Kanara, called Charmadi Ghat, connects the two districts by the national highway with its own attributes of panoramic vistas.
The road passes along verdant valleys on one side and high rising hills on the other. Numerous waterfalls are tucked away in its dense forests that roar in the monsoons.

Baale Gudda Trek is one of the highest hills in the Charmadi Ghats, Balekallu Gudda is blessed with incredible species of both flora and fauna. Its an ideal destination for Trekking.
Balekallu Gudda provides nature enthusiast and trekkers an enthralling experience to remember for a long time. The hilltop offers spectacular view of the surrounding area.

Kodekallu is close to Balekallu. “Kode” means umbrella in Kannada and the hill got this name because of an umbrella-shaped boulder at the peak. More than 30 people can take shelter under this boulder.

Another toughest trek apart from the kumaraparvatha is erikallu. You have to be part of the trek to experience the pristine beauty of trek in this region. A must explore place for hardcore trekkers.

A weekend camping trip to Munnar...

Thinking of what to do on the last weekend of November? Do a camping with us and trek to the very beautiful Kolukkumalai

First we take you to Suryanelli in Munnar where you camp amidst the green tea gardens. Then the trek to Kolukkumalai which has claims to be the highest tea plantations in the world. The tea grown seems to have amazing flavor or properties due to the weather and light it receives at the great heights. Well, Why should i go on when you can just the trip and findout for yourselves.

So here is the Daywise plan

Day 0 (24th Nov - Friday)

Start from Bangalore by night. Over night bus or Tempo (priced separately based on minimum number condition)
Day 1 (25th Nov - Saturday)

Arrival at Munnar and fresh up at Hotel
Breakfast
Sightseeing to Munnar top station route. Through this route, you can see following things
Tea Factory and estate visit
Anayirangal Dam point
Munnar Town park
Check in to the camp and overnight stay at Tents
Day 2 (26th Nov - Sunday)
Sunrise trek to Kolukkumalai in Jeep (12km one side). Witness for an amazing sunrise and return to camp for fresh up and breakfast
Check out from the camp and proceed to Munnar Town
Have lunch at Munnar Town and Roam proceed back to Bangalore as per your schedule
Day 3 (27th Nov - Monday)
Reach Back at Bangalore.
