First of all Happy Friendship day.

Happy friendship day to all of my blogging friends who do visit my blog regularly to respect our friendship.

International Friendship Day celebrations take place on the first Sunday of August every year. The tradition of dedicating a day in honor of friends began in US in 1935. In 1935 American Govt had killed a person on 1st Saturday of Aug. The next day his friend committed su***de in his memory. Since then American Govt declared 1st Sunday of Aug as friendship day. Gradually the festival gained popularity and today Friendship Day is celebrated in large number of countries. On this day people spend time with their friends and express love for them. Exchange of Friendship Day Gifts like flowers, cards and wrist bands is a popular tradition of this occasion.

The first thing that I would do in the morning is, call and msg all my old friends and wish them. They have been with me through thick and thin, and this is the day to do something special for them. I plan to spend the entire day. The friendship bands are the easiest way to bond with your Friends.

Time might lead me to nowhere and faith might break into pieces but I will always be THANKFUL that once in my life.
