Surrounded by denser jungles at three sides, a stream at one side and with exotic natural landscaping, this five acre property aims at being eco-friendly. With 250 newly planted trees of various fruits and a few larger trees the property is fairly open allowing beyond views of the stars at nights. Wild life in the surrounding jungles is at its bloom as traces of animals like bison, bears, wild boars, porcupine, wild dogs, leopards and even tigers are frequently noticed. Being in one of the most core regions of the Western Ghats and on the borders of Karnataka, Maharashtra & Goa, nature has been more courteous to shower its unmatched beauty in this region. We have numerous streams & waterfalls, valleys, caves & centuries old forts in the jungles while monsoons too has its own wet charming beauty. Trying to be more eco-friendly, we are drawing Solar Energy to fulfil our requirements of electricity while we strongly recommend our guest to SAVE electricity and water. Unavoidably about 25% load for electricity goes on non-polluting & low sound generators.
