"INSTRUCTIONS FOR HAJ & UMRAH PILGRIMS"
One who is chosen by the Almighty Allah - should know that it's a sacred journey and he/she should not associate in any of such activities by which there deeds will be exhibited.
Tour organizers organize the tours but it to the Pilgrims who should be in a mode of acknowledgement and should spend most of the time in both the Haramain Sharafain. Forgiveness of there sins should be there ultimate goal rather then wasting time in any other unnecessary activity.
"Pilgrims should Avoid NO NEED TO LISTEN - BECAUSE I KNOW"
(It mean people should keep aside there ego and should be humble in everything, as knowledge is never limited and we all should keep learning)

What to do How to do & when to do

a. Booking time:-
Fill up booking format, read terms and conditions very carefully.
b. Introduction:- First introduce yourself with Group Leader on Orientation program.

a. How to reach Airport:- Always Reach Airport on mentioned time. Meet Group Leader and join the whole group, keep all required travel documents ready. Avoid Delays.
b. Lugagges:- Mention your name, passport no. Phone no. & short address on your Lugagge bags. If by any chance you find your luggage missing at Jeddah Airport, be patient. Write a complaint and don't disturb other pilgrims unnecessarily. Do not hold all group at airport for your luggage.
Keep in mind that luggage is your property and Pilgrims should not expect that anyone or Group Leader should carry there luggages.
c. Identity Card:-
Always wear Identity cards of your travel company and it is strong recommended to wear that during whole travel period.
d. Sim Card:- Get the Sim card at Hotel premises with the assistance of Group Leader.
e. Emigration check and Transfers- Due to heavy crowd/rush you have to be patient at airports and bus stations. Follow the system and protocols.
f. Weight Allowance:- Tour operators or Group Leaders have no concern about your weight. Pilgrims should check and follow airlines rules strictly to avoid penalties.
g. Hotel Reception counter:- During CheckIn's always take Hotel visiting cards with you. This will help incase pilgrims gets lost in way. Be patient on arrivals, Rooms will be alloted to all Pilgrims, so there should be no rush and proper discipline and protocols should be followed to avoid inconvenience to other pilgrims and staff. Pilgrims Should keep it in mind that accommodations are in sharing based Rooms and they should not give any inconveniences to other room mates. when pilgrims will leave the rooms they should keep there room keep key/card at reception counter so that other room mates would not have to suffer or wait for there returns. Rooms & wash rooms are approved by Govt. of KSA as they are star category properties. So pilgrims should be aware that European standard of washrooms will be there.
h. Food:- Be punctual in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Check timing on notice boards.
i. Ziyarats:- when Group Leader will announce about the Ziyarats, be ready well before in time.
j. Always Keep Dry foods with you, when you are in a journey.
Basic medicine:- keep Basic medication with your bag like wise, Dolo, spray, mouth wash, pain killer, bandages etc.
k. Civic Sense:- prove that you are a good citizen of your country, Always obey the travel instructions.
A pilgrim should avoid criticism, ego etc.
A pilgrim should always be ready for Almighty Allah's decision.
A pilgrim should always present himself/herself for brotherhood/sisterhood.

When a pilgrim feels some change in his/her behavior and attitude, then they must understood that Almighty Allah has forgiven his/her Sins.
