'Sair-Sapata', which is gift to Bhopal's residents, has a suspension bridge on Prempura Ghat, musical fountain, children's toy train, glass viewpoint, food zone & restaurant, boat club & children's play area, natural trail and pathway, lighting Etc. food zone & restaurant, boat club & children's play area, natural trail and pathway, lighting, landscaping, ticket plaza & entry gate, neon signage etc.

'Sair-Sapata' entertainment zone has been developed at a cost of Rs. 10 crore 37 lakh at Sewaniya Gaur, Bhopal with a view to expanding tourist facilities in the state. Elders and children of all age groups can have enjoyment at the same place at 'Sair-Sapata'. The bhuni poojan of this entertainment zone was made by Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan on May 27, 2008. Total cost of the project is Rs. 10 crore 37 lakh. Out of this amount, State Tourism Department had sanctioned a sum of Rs. 4 crore 11 lakh through Bhopal Destination Development Project. The 12th Finance Commission had sanctioned Rs. 4 crore 75 lakh and the State Government had provided Rs.

कई दिनों तक चूल्हा रोया, चक्की रही उदास
कई दिनों तक कानी कुतिया सोई उनके पास
कई दिनों तक लगी भीत पर छिपकलियों की गश्त
कई दिनों तक चूहों की भी हालत रही शिकस्त ।

CM inaugrated Sair Sapata tourist complex in Bhopal

A beautiful tourist complex on the banks of the Upper Lake in the state capital has been inaugurated by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

The complex named as “Sair Sapata” developed by the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation (MPSTDC). The CM said on the occasion last evening that it was a novel gift for the people of Bhopal.

Chouhan said it was good that the complex was being inaugurated on the first day of the Navratri and added that it would add to the natural beauty of the city.

He inspected the facilities available inside the complex and the restaurant and traveled on board a cruise up to the Bhopal Boat Club.

Urban Administration Minister, Babulal Gaur, Home Minister, Umashankar Gupta and the Chairman of the MPSTDC, Mohan Singh Yadav present in the inauguration ceremony
