This 300 year old independent villa has been restored to it’s original regal splendour without disturbing the poetry of it’s antiquity

As you enter the gates there is a spacious private car park , and a small garden with trees that provide ample shade. The Pool with a Jacuzi inside is in between two blocks. The main block has . a Kitchen with all modern gadgets. There is a common living room , Two bedrooms with Queen size beds , LED Televisions, attached baths with 24 hours Hot and Cold water, and verandas to spend lazy afternoons The adjacent block has One Bedroom with a WOODEN Staircase leading to an Attic which also has a Bed.

Most of the furniture and fittings although antique are strong and are usablevOne cant miss the hand made painted tiles on the floor adding color and warmth to the decor.

The villa can accommodate 6 to 8 adults comfortably There is a caretaker present always if you need his services. He can cook home made food which is chargeable It is located just off the Calangute – Baga road and is about 1.2 kms from the Calangute beach as you walk through the main Calangute market
