☁️🌿 Rain-washed Modernism | Le Corbusier Centre, Chandigarh 🏛️✨
Today’s walk through the Le Corbusier Centre was wrapped in monsoon stillness, softened skies, and AQI below 50—a rare gift in any Indian city.

Interestingly, despite its name, the centre was designed by Le Corbusier’s cousin and collaborator, Pierre Jeanneret, who played a pivotal role in shaping modern Chandigarh alongside him. The rain brought out the raw textures of concrete, the sharp lines of modernist design, and the poetic calm that defines this city’s architectural soul.

More than just a museum, the space is a quiet archive of ideas—order, light, function, and freedom.

🌧️ Monsoon Diaries | Architectural Interlude at IIC Delhi 🏛️
As rain-soaked greens meet exposed concrete, we paused today at the iconic India International Centre—a modernist gem nestled in Lutyens’ Delhi.

Designed by architect Joseph Allen Stein, the IIC is a masterclass in spatial harmony, natural light, and understated elegance. Its quiet courtyards, open corridors, and thoughtful materiality are the perfect antidote to Delhi’s monsoon rush.

Took on a little tour around the city and wow, what a convo we ended up having! 😄
