The Shining Future of Manas National Park......

I know many people say that spotting a Black Leopard in Manas these days is quite easy. Photographers from every corner of the country are coming here and capturing them without even entering the core forest. But this time, the story was a bit different.

Due to the constant pressure created by photographers and visitors, the mother and her cubs changed their territory and had not been sighted for over a week.

But as a regular visitor, I believe in mutual respect with nature, and maybe that’s why Manas never disappoints me. This was my 15th visit there, and I never expected that I would be able to photograph these beauties without any disturbance around them. There were only our vehicle and the adorable cub in that magical moment.

Heartfelt thanks once again to Jahin Baraik and Basu Das for this unforgettable sighting. I’m sure we will explore many more wild stories together in the future.
