On the eve of Maha Shivratri, we cordially invite everybody to visit Lord Siva in the ancient temples.

We would like to invite all Shiva devotees to obtain Lord Shiva's grace and blessings.

Divine Tourism is organised by Thiruvannamalai Tour.

Schedule:

We start From Ramanar Ashram on 26-02-2025 at 8.15 AM. By Mini Travellor.

Date : 26th-February ,2025.On Wednesday.in Auspious day of Maha Sivaratri.

Time : 8.15 AM,

Place : In Front of Ramanar Ashram.

Payment : Rs:1000 Per Person.

Temples where we will worship on the most sacred day of Maha Shivratri.

1.Panamalai- Thalagireeshwarar Shiva Temple.

The first Shiva temple built on the hill.

A temple with a palm tree as its main tree is situated on a hill.

In this temple, Thalagireeshwarar blesses from his home as Moolavar. Ambal's name is Ashtathalambikai.

The Panaimalai-Thalagireeshwarar Temple was built in the seventh century by Narasimha Pallava II alias Rajasimman, who built Mamallapuram Beach Temple and Kanchi
Kailasanathar Temple.

Time : 8.15 To 9.15.

2.Brahmapureeswarar Temple, which relieves birth pain, AND Bathaleeswarar Temple - Brahmadesam Villupuram.

Like Brahmapureeswarar who graces the Tirupattur Shiva temple near Trichy, in the temple called Brahmadesam near Villupuram.
Eshwaran is blessed with the name of Brahmapureeswarar.

This Brahmadesa was worshiped by Pallavas, Cholas, Pandyas, Chalukyas and Vijayanagara kings.

It is said that this town was given as a reward to those who learned the Vedas.

It is very special that there are two temples here namely Badaleeswarar and Brahmapureeswarar. Pataleeswarar temple is located in the center of Brahmadesam town and
Brahmapureeswarar temple is located near the lake bank in the northern direction of the town.

Time ;10 AM To 10.30 AM.

3.Sri Abathsagayeswarar Temple, Senthamangalam.

Devotees worship Lord Shiva to get the boon of children and to get rid of fear, accidents, misfortunes etc.

4.Arulmigu Veerattaneswarar Temple. Thevaram padal pettra sthalam, Thiruvathigai, Panruti, Tamil Nadu 607106.

Indra, Brahma, Tirumal, Pandavas, Saptarishis, Vayu, Varuna, Yama etc. As the Lord came in a chariot, the structure of this temple is also in the shape of a chariot.

The Buddha statue in the temple complex is still worshiped by Shiva devotees who visit the temple.

Appar, Sambandar and Sundarar all got songs from this place. It is one of the central places where Devara song has been received.

This is the place where Lord Sambandhar performed the dance, Appar's leprosy was cured, Tilakavathyar performed charity, Manavasakangadanthar incarnated and Tripura
was burnt.

5.Thiruvennainallur- Arulmigu Mangalambigai udanurai Arutkondanathar thirukovil,

Time : 2.40 To 3.30 PM.

6.Arulmigu Veerattaneswarar Temple- Athulya Natheshwarar Temple.

Time : 4 PM To 4.30 PM.

Drive back to Thiruvannamalai-Reached to Arunachala at 6 PM.
