Core troubleshooting skill in Storage L1 level.
Any storage technology
Should know the switches, Raid Level,NAS, SAN,Lun etc.,
Collecting and Analyzing the log. He has to analyze the log, if there is HW/SW failure and he has to resolve in L1 level. Otherwise he has to take it with L2 level.
Disk failure(amber light glowing). If he able to solve in L1 level, he has to. Otherwise he has take it with L2 Level.
