Some cakes carry a little piece of history. ❤️

When my nephew was in his teens, he introduced me to the magical combination of raspberry & chocolate — and ever since, it has been one of my favourites too! 🍫❤️

He turned 25 recently, so when he happened to visit us, I couldn’t let the occasion pass without a little surprise. I called in 2 of his childhood friends, we had a cosy little gathering at home and of course… there had to be cake! 🥰

A rich chocolate cake layered with raspberry & cherry filling, topped with juicy cherries and delicate chocolate shards made especially for him. 🎂🍒🍫
