Dear All Students, youngsters, Parents and all protesters..
What we are protesting for, “Remove Ban on Jallikatu” is done.. The name “BULL” is removed from the list of performing animals category. Government has amended the Prevention of cruelty to Animals Act (PCA).. What else we were asking?? We have won actually..
It’s been happening that until a permanent law should happen, this protest will continue.. Dear Friends, this is the basis of permanent law, it’s going to be a permanent law.. The protest is still continuing may be unknowingly what is exactly happening. We, the common people gathered in marina made politicians force to make the ordinance. That’s our victory!!!
Am damn sure it will be permanent law soon. After that PETA may file case against the new ordinance/law.. that will be discussed or evaluated by court. The only thing we have to do is to make sure that the ordinance/law is 100% clearing the court verdict by constructing it carefully. TN govt has already given Caveat Petition. That means court cannot issue any judgment without referring TN govt.
Remember our country India is a democratic country.. And if we are going to make a bill or ordinance into law, it requires “MAJORITY”.
Here, if something needs to be done very urgent that’s where the “Ordinance” facility is available. Ordinance means an authoritative order. This ordinance should be passed as LAW within 6 months. Government has assured that the next legislative assembly it will be passed as LAW and that is going to happen tomorrow 23.01.2017 or by coming week.
Nobody is going against the ordinance in legislative assembly. Some by truly inspired & respect our culture and remaining for vote banks. Either way this ordinance will be a permanent law. Usually govt makes permanent laws which will suck common man’s life and it will take years for common man to understand that he was cheated. But here, right from the start, ordinance to permanent law, the common man is watching it.. This is brand new!!!!!! There are no possibilities that it may not be become a permanent law!! The ordinance is already notified by the Collector in the District Gazette.
Not only Whole India, Whole world is keenly watching the spirit of TN youngster’s spirit. The main reason I believe is “Non-violence”, “No damages to public properties, No Alcohol, Ladies are 100% safe round the clock- No misbehaving, No pollutions, etc etc..
Please beware of cheap politicians groups.. Keep up the dignity.. We don’t need to protest still..
Whoever saying this ordinance is just to dilute the protest, I will say they are criminals and using us for advantage.. Don’t think if we finish this protest, if everyone go home and we cannot gather this same mass again… WE CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These cheap politicians are simply thinking like it’s a one time gathering and they have to take full use of it without losing any chance by taking advantage of it.. But NO!!!! Its not a one time gathering!!!!!!!!!
If something go wrong, of course No chance for it, but if, we can gather again.. Marina is going to be there always.. The spirit inside me, inside you is always going to be there always.. As RJ Balaji said, this is not only for jallikatu but also for each and every injustice on us by whoever it is.. Corruption, bad governance etc etc..
