Mr. Koushik S is the proprietor of the trademark “THE MAD CHEF”, together with its associated logos, artistic works, brand identity, and related representations, as detailed in the accompanying Public Notice.
Clients, business associates, vendors, industry professionals, and members of the public are requested to verify the identity and authority of any individual or organisation claiming to represent THE MAD CHEF before entering into any business, financial, contractual, consultancy, employment, or other professional engagement.
Any unauthorised use or representation of the brand should not be considered authorised by the proprietor.
