Helicopter ticket bookings is going to open on 15 April 2026 at 06:00 PM from 22 April 2026 - 15 June 2026.

There are several online platforms which can mislead to the Yatris in the name of 'confirm ticket' or 'discounted pricing'.

Keep in mind IRCTC is the only authorized platform / vendor to book the Kedarnath Helicopter bookings.
While processing the booking everyone must aware about below points:

❌ “Promotional Offer” ya “Discount Ticket” par bharosa na karein
👉 Kedarnath helicopter tickets ka rate government fix karti hai — koi discount nahi hota

❌ WhatsApp / Telegram / Facebook par aaye unknown links se booking na karein
👉 Ye aksar fraud hote hain

❌ Kisi agent ko direct paise transfer na karein
👉 Especially UPI ya personal account me

Key 2026 Chardham Yatra Updates: -

Opening Dates: - Gangotri and Yamunotri open on April 19 (Akshaya Tritiya), Kedarnath on April 22 at 8:00 AM, and Badrinath on April 23 at 6:15 AM.

Registration & Fee: - Registration is mandatory for all pilgrims. A nominal, as-yet-undecided fee will be introduced to ensure authenticity and reduce overcrowding.

Safety & Logistics: - No caps on daily visitor numbers are planned, but officials are strengthening security and traffic management.
Process: Registration can be done via the official portal (registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in), the 'Tourist Care Uttarakhand' app

केदारनाथ यात्रा 2026: मुख्य अपडेट्स: -

पूजा शुल्क में वृद्धि: बीकेटीसी बोर्ड की बैठक में विशेष पूजा शुल्क बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव है।

हेलीकॉप्टर सेवा बकाया: मंदिर समिति हेलीकॉप्टर कंपनियों से लगभग 3 करोड़ रुपये की बकाया राशि ब्याज सहित वसूलने के लिए कानूनी नोटिस जारी कर रही है।

कचरा प्रबंधन: यात्रा सीजन के दौरान स्वच्छता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए 3.13 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से हाईटेक कचरा निपटान मशीनें लगाई जा रही हैं।

यात्रा मार्ग की तैयारी: यात्रा शुरू होने से पहले ही यात्रा पड़ावों पर कचरे का अंबार मिला है, जिसे लेकर सफाई अभियान तेज कर दिया गया है।

सुविधाएं: सोनप्रयाग से केदारनाथ तक का रोपवे प्रोजेक्ट (जो दूरी को 9 घंटे से 40 मिनट कर देगा) 2025 में चर्चा में था और इसके 2026 में चालू होने की संभावना है।
