हाईवे पर होटल ताज का राज

ऋषिकेश-बदरीनाथ हाईवे पर सिंगटाली के पास ताज होटल की पार्किंग है। मुझे नहीं पता यह जमीन ताज होटल प्रबंधन की है या नेशनल हाईवे की। वैसे यदि आप वहां खड़े होकर गौर करेंगे तो हाईवे ने जो दोनों छोर पर अपने जो लोहे के पैराफिट लगाए हैं उस हिसाब से जमीन हाईवे की। जब जमीन हाईवे कि तो पार्किंग होटल की कैसे हो सकती। पर होटल प्रबंधन ने बना दी। हाईवे के अधिकारियों की हिम्मत कि इसको हटा दे। यदि इस तरह से आम आदमी ने हाईवे पर अपना खोका लगाया होता तो अब तक बुलडोजर चल जाता। एक सवाल और यहां तिरंगा भी लगाया है। यहां पर कोई संस्थान है नहीं। होटल को जाने वाला गेट और रोड है। तिरंगा लगाने के नियम क्या हैं।
