Class room lectures are delivered by highly qualified & experienced team of faculty. The student's participation during such lectures is ensured through the use of case studies, home assignments and computer programs. Besides qualified faculty, LMF invites eminent scholars and experts to deliver lectures in related fields. The student's theoretical understanding is supplemented by practical orientation programs developed through presentations by leading professionals and academicians, who address the students frequently. Under the Dynamic Industry Interface Program and as per the course contents, all the students undergo summer training , which enables them to have practical experience which is extremely vital for the process of integrating practical component and theoretical framework of study. Case study constitutes a vital component. Case-analysis helps to improve the analytical power of students, their decision-making ability and communication skills wherein they apply their acquired conceptual knowledge in a given situation. Students engage themselves in various projects under the able guidance of the head of the department. Students form teams to carry out the projects. Project work offers the students an opportunity for specialization in a given field of interest and learn to work as part of a team which is a vital part of any students resume. Educational tours are organized to expose the students to the actual working of industries/organizations and to provide an opportunity for closely observing the core areas and the operation of business. To take the students away from the pressure of studies the institute arrange picnic and out station camps. It gives the students a break from their study to have fun. These camps help in building unity among the students. And also give a sense of responsibility to the students, since they have to manage and arrange these camps on their own under the guidance of respective faculty. Common facilities exist for all students who want to participate in various games and sports. These are run under the supervision of students Games Committe
