Chand Baori is a historic stepwell located in the village of Abhaneri in the Indian state of Rajasthan, built in the 9th century. Believed to have been commissioned by King Chanda, it is one of the deepest and largest stepwells in the world, with 3,500 steps and 13 stories. Used for water collection and storage, the well is renowned for its architectural aesthetics and complex geometry.
