Dressed in colourful lights of all shades, Jaipur's historical landmarks are a sight to see at night. Here are some spots that you must check out during your next visit:
Nahargarh Fort - Get a panoramic view of the lit-up Jaipur city at night from here, about ~30-min drive from Zostel Jaipur.
Albert Hall Museum - The best time to visit the oldest museum of is at night, as the entire building glows golden with the yellow lights. Dive into the ancient history of India and relax with a gorgeous view in the gardens.
Timings: 7-10 pm
Tickets: 40 INR per person
Amer Fort or Amber Fort- Glowing in different coloured lights, catch the iconic light & sound show while here at
night. Timings: 7 pm onwards.
Tickets: 200 INR per person
Hawa Mahal - This iconic landmark is a stunning vision at night. While entry is prohibited at night, you can experience its ethereal glow from the outside.
Jal Mahal - You can see TWO of these at night. As the lights cover the entire fort, its reflection in the pristine Man Sagar Lake creates its twin. What's more, the special Jaipur Night Market opens here every Saturday & Sunday, where you can try exceptional street food and shop to your heart's content.
Patrika Gate- This massive gate is among the nine entryways to the Jawahar Circle Park. Enjoy the magnificent architecture and a stunning musical fountain show during the evenings. Ticket: 10 INR per person
