The new visa allows eligible pilgrims to visit the Kingdom multiple times during its validity, with a maximum stay of 90 days in Saudi Arabia at a time.

The primary objective of this initiative is to simplify the Umrah journey, enhance the pilgrim experience, and improve service efficiency.

The Ministry of External Affairs of India has advised Indian citizens planning to travel to Kailash Mansarovar through private tour operators not to embark on their Kailash Mansarovar journey without obtaining all necessary travel documents, including a valid Chinese visa and the required entry permit.

This advice from the Ministry follows numerous requests for assistance from Indian pilgrims.

These requests have been made by pilgrims who purchased tours organised by private operators.

When purchasing the tours, these pilgrims did not obtain the necessary documents to enter China and are now stranded in Nepal.

The Ministry has urged all pilgrims to obtain all necessary travel documents for the entire journey before leaving India and not to embark on the pilgrimage without a confirmed visa and permit, as this could lead to major disruptions and the risk of getting stranded.

Pilgrims are also advised to verify that their chosen tour operator is properly registered and authorised before booking the pilgrimage.

Saudi Arabia has introduced package visas, allowing eligible travelers to book tourist visas, flights, accommodation, sightseeing tours, event tickets, and activities all on a single platform when purchasing an approved travel package. This eliminates the need to visit the Saudi Embassy or submit a separate visa application.

To maintain quality service, package visas are only available through authorized travel and tourism service providers that meet Saudi Arabia's established service standards and offer 24/7 customer support.

Package visas are issued for a minimum of two days and a maximum of 88 days, and can include dependent children under the age of 18 in the family, with a maximum of five minors permitted per booking.

Once the travel package is booked and the information provided is verified correctly, the tourist e-visa will be issued electronically within 48 hours.

Once the visa is issued, the tourism package cannot be canceled individually. Cancelling the package will automatically cancel the associated visa.

Travelers should carefully verify all personal information before completing their booking, as visa details cannot be changed once the visa is issued.

# The Indian Embassy In Thailand Has Issued A Travel Advisory For Indian Citizens:

The Indian Embassy in Thailand has issued an important travel advisory for Indian citizens planning to visit Thailand.

According to the advisory, every traveler must have a valid passport with a validity of at least six months from the date of arrival. Visitors must also have a confirmed return flight ticket, hotel reservation details, and a clear travel plan.

The Embassy advises travelers to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card 72 hours before arriving in Thailand. Additionally, visitors must obtain the appropriate visa based on their travel purpose.

Every Indian tourist planning to enter Thailand under the Visa Waiver or Visa on Arrival scheme should carry at least 20,000 Thai Baht in cash, as immigration officials may ask for cash during the entry process.

Each member of the group must carry their passport, visa (if applicable), return ticket, hotel booking, and other supporting documents.

The Embassy has also warned Indian nationals traveling to Thailand for employment not to avail of the visa waiver or visa on arrival facility.

Such travelers must obtain a valid employment visa before traveling to Thailand.

Travellers transiting through Thailand are advised to have a valid visa for their final destination.

The Embassy urges all Indian travelers to carefully follow these guidelines to avoid delays or difficulties during immigration clearance and ensure a safe and hassle-free journey to Thailand.

# Indian Railways Has Changed The Rules For Vande Bharat Trains:

Indian Railways has made some changes to its rules for Vande Bharat trains.

According to the revised rules, passengers who have opted for a meal when booking tickets for Vande Bharat trains will receive a complimentary meal if their train is delayed by 2 hours or more.

This complimentary meal will include rice, lentils, and pickles.

This facility is currently available only on trains passing through stations such as Muzaffarpur, Bapudham Motihari, Hajipur, Samastipur, Salona, ​​Hasanpur Road, and Saharsa.

This initiative aims to provide relief to passengers during significant delays.

Now, only passengers with confirmed tickets will be allowed to board Vande Bharat trains.

RAC and waitlisted ticket holders will no longer be able to travel on Vande Bharat trains.
