Package Itinerary
DAY 01
Arrival at Port Blair in the morning/afternoon by flight and our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it. You will be taken to your hotel where you relax and rest. After Lunch proceed to the nearest Beach (9Kms), Carbyn’s Cove. The Crescent shaped coconut palm fringed Carbyn’s Cove ideal for swimming & bathing.
Proceed back to your Hotel to freshen up and in the evening proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail - where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Drop back to the hotel.
DAY 02
Havelock Island, 54 Kms from Port Blair is one among the most popular destination. Departure from Port Blair on a passenger ferry to Havelock Island. On arrival our representative would be waiting at the exit of the jetty. Then proceed to selected hotel to relax. After Lunch enjoy the famous Radhanagar Beach (N/Ac Car/Jeep will be provided for pickup and drop, time spent 2-3 hours). This beach has been consistently rated as one of the best beach in Asia. In the evening board the ferry and return to Port Blair. Our representative will meet you at Port Blair and drop you to your hotel.
DAY 03
Depart to Baratang Island by road through the dense tropical forest and Jarawa Tribal reserve in a convoy. Often you might see a member of the Jarawa Tribe while passing through the tribal reserve. At the end of this forest journey you would reach Baratang jetty. Launch service is available to cross the sea bay. Enjoy the breathtaking fiber boat ride through a fascinating Mangrove drive, which leads to the start point of the trek to Lime stone caves. Trek through dense forest to reach the Limestone Cave. Made up of the mineral calcite (calcium carbonate) the cave contains beautiful cave formation. Return back for overnight stay at respective hotel at Port Blair by the same route.
Note :
A private AC vehicle will be provided for your trip to Baratang Island. The trip starts early around 6:45 AM and passes through dense tropical forest to reach the Baratang Island.
DAY 04
After lunch visit the Administrative Capital Prior to Independence from where the Britishers governed the entire A & N Islands-ROSS ISLAND, A destination for Nature Walk amidst friendly Deer’s & Peacocks. Smritika Museum, records the life of its political prisoners.
Later visit the North-bay Island (coral island) famous for water activities like seawalk, glass bottom boat etc.
Note: Ross island is closed on Wednesday. If your tour falls on Monday we would interchange it with the previous days plan.
DAY 05
After breakfast, start a journey to one among the most preferred destination at the Port Blair, the Jolly Bouy Island. This island is located inside the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Parkand flaunts of having almost white sand beach with canopies and dense bushes. A mixture of both shallow and deep waters, the island is perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. Rich in colorful and beautiful fauna, the underwater marine life here is fantastic. Return back to your hotel in the evening. Sometimes Jolly bouy island is closed by the government and Red Skin is open. In such cases we will take you to Red Skin island or any other destination as per your liking.
Note: Jollybouy/Red Skin is closed on Monday. If your tour falls on Monday we would interchange it with the previous days plan.
DAY 06
After breakfast, start for a tour of places in & around Port Blair (City Tour) - covering the famous Cellular Jail*(a witness to the freedom struggle), Chatham Saw Mill (one of the oldest & largest in Asia), Forest Museum, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum and Naval Marine Museum.
Evening is for shopping at the Cottage Industries Emporium (Sagarika) - for shopping & souvenirs.
Note:City Tour is closed on Monday. If your tour falls on Monday we would interchange it with the previous days plan.
DAY 07
Return home with sweet memories.
Do note that hotels have an early check out time and guest will need to keep their luggage in the reception prior to departure, if the flight is scheduled in the afternoon. Depart Port Blair with fond memories of these mesmerizing Islands.
