चाइनीज फूड को लगा तमाचा, अब खाइए कोदा (मंडुवा) से बने मोमोज, स्प्रिंग रोल और केक ।। उत्तराखंड में हुनर की कोई कमी नहीं है। आजकल सभी फास्टफूड की तरफ ज्यादा आकर्षित हो रहे हैं, मैदे से बने ये चाइनीज फास्टफूड सेहत के लिए बहुत हानिकारक होते हैं।
अब डरने की बात नहीं है, उत्तराखंड में हुनर की कोई कमी नहीं है। अब इन सभी फास्टफूड को बनाने में मंडुवे का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। मंडुवे का इस्तेमाल से कई फायदे होंगे। ये लोगों को पहाड़ी अनाज से दोबारा जोड़ेगा। पहाड़ी उत्पादों की खपत बढ़ेगी। मंडुवे से लजीज व्यंजन बनेंगे तो लोग इन्हें सीखेंगे, इन्हें बेचेंगे, जिससे रोजगार मिलेगा, पलायन रुकेगा। स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी ये बेहद अच्छा है। इस तरफ ध्यान दिया जाए तो मंडुवा और दूसरे पहाड़ी अनाजों को रोजगार का बेहतर जरिया बनाया जा सकता है।। देहरादून, कोटद्वार, पौड़ी और अन्य स्थानों पर भी मंडुवे के इस्तेमाल से केक, मोमोज और स्प्रिंग रोल बनाए जा रहे हैं, जिन्हें लोग खूब पसंद कर रहे हैं। मंडुवे से बनी ये फ़ूड स्वाद और सेहत दोनों में फिट हैं।
