📅 1368 AH / 1947 AD

A historical photograph of one of the courtyards of Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, taken in 1368 AH, corresponding to 1947 AD. The image documents a glimpse of the Sacred Mosque more than seven decades ago.

The photograph shows the old architectural details and courtyards of Masjid al-Haram from that era, reflecting the architectural character of the mosque before the major expansion and development phases that followed.
