Deposit
Upon finalization of tour, a booking amount deposit of at least 50% of the tour cost per person be paid to the company.
2. Payment
All payments can be made to Caper Travel company Pvt.Ltd., by Credit card or electronic money transfer. which will be added to your invoice cost. For all confirmed bookings, you are required to pay the full tour cost amount being payable on or before 10 workin
g days of tour start date.
3. Tour Cancellation
If you or any member of your group wishes to cancel the tour, you or your group member must notify the Company in writing. In this regard, the date of communication to the Company and on the date the cancellation notice is received by the Company in writing, shall be treated as the actual date of cancellation of the tour. The person who has signed the booking form must also sign/endorse the letter/notice of cancellation. Tour cancellation incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel. Hence, the cancellation charges shall be applicable and charged as per the following scale:
