Join our team as an Office Assistant/Receptionist and be part of our team.

💼 Position: Office Assistant/Receptionist
📌 Experience: 0–3 Years in office work
🎓 Academic Qualification: Graduate or above
📍 Location: Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

Job Description

The main purpose of the job is to maintain the office of the State Branch (part-time).

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the office
• Routine correspondence with the Units, State Branches, Govt. Officials and members of the Association
• Maintaining the files and other papers
• Planning and ex*****on of the policies
• Able to handle administrative work, purchasing and printing of the office
• Liaison with the Government Departments regarding getting approvals from different departments for running the programmes
• Should have good knowledge of Computer
• Should be able to maintain the routine accounts
• Writing reports and maintaining records
• To promote proactive and effective communication among workmates and State Branches
• Time schedule
• Cash handling
• Able to provide trekking and local information to the Hostellers
• Should have good command of English and Hindi

Required Qualification and Skills

• Should have work experience of at least 2 years and above in an adventure company
• Should have knowledge of all aspects of the Trekking programme
• Knowledge of adventure programmes and booking channel essentials
• Should have fluency in English
• Extra knowledge of Computer will be an advantage

🎓 Academic Qualification: Bachelor's or equivalent

WORKING CONDITIONS

Timing will be from 9.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
