Nature's Dose

Nature's Dose A true rejuvenation of the mind and body by immersing in nature and outdoor adventure activities.

The exarberating pollution and excruciating noise levels of cities, propelled Tony John, an avid mountaineer, nature-enthusiast and photographer, to formalize a passion of trekking, of which he has over nine years of experience, into creating Nature's Dose. Forever with the belief that God has bequeathed mankind with the gift of nature, Nature's Dose conceptualization was linked with the therapeut

ic effect of nature in rejuvenating the soul and the medicinal benefits of being within natural surroundings, Tony believes that every individual should savor this gift, as mankind goes down further in the slippery slope of environmental degradation. "I believe that the chirping of the birds, the gushing streams, flowing river, and the blowing wind are nature's own beautiful music", says Tony, a trained guitarist, an associate of the Trinity College of Music, London (ATCL) in classical guitar, and a music teacher, with innovative pedagogies. A true rejuvenation of the mind, body and soul is at the fruition of an immersion into nature, and in this era where technology addiction, pollution and lethargic lifestyles are on the rise, a dose of nature is exactly what is needed. Nature's Dose paves the way for a healthy future, enuncumbured by the realities of the urban life, through various activities like trekking, camping, hiking, cycling and all-immersive nature tours.

📍AARE GORGE

The gorge is nearly 200 metres deep and barely more than a metre wide at its narrowest point. The fascinating narrow canyon is the result of hard limestone rock of the Kirchet. It is truly a stunning natural wonder and an impressive display of the power of water.

Long before boutique hotels and designer ski gear, Zermatt was a farming village at the end of a quiet valley. Life moved with the seasons; cows and crops, not cable cars, were the main business.

Everything changed in 1865 when climbers finally reached the top of the Matterhorn. The triumph and tragedy of that first ascent flashed across Europe’s newspapers and suddenly this remote community was on the world stage.

Over the decades, hotels, railways and lifts followed, but the village kept its car-free core and wooden chalets. Today, 360 km of ski runs, year-round glacier slopes and world-class dining sit beside narrow lanes, church bells and cowbells. It’s this contrast – wild peaks, deep history, modern comfort – that keeps people coming back, season after season.
