रत्नागिरी येथे कोळंबे तालुक्यात ओझरवाडीतील स्वयंभू श्री देव रक्षणेश्वराच्या सड्यावर ४२ कातळशिल्पांचा नवा खजिना सापडला आहे.
पूर्व-पश्चिम दिशेने सुमारे ३०० मीटर परिसरात ३-४ ठिकाणी पसरलेल्या या रचनांमध्ये दोन प्राण्यांच्या रचना सोडल्यास उर्वरित सर्व रचना सांकेतिक (भौमितिक) स्वरूपाच्या आहेत.

बारसू कातळशिल्प ,रत्नागिरी :
बारसू हे भारतातील महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील दक्षिण कोकणातील रत्‍नागिरी जिल्ह्यातील राजापूर तालुक्यातील एक मध्यम आकाराचे गाव आहे
ह्या गावात कातळ खोदशिल्पे आढळली आहेत.मार्च २०२२ मध्ये युनेस्कोने नऊ कातळ शिल्प ठिकाणांचा समावेश जागतिक वारसा स्थळांच्या तात्पुरत्या यादीत केल्यानंतर कातळ शिल्प हा विषय जागतिक पटलावर आला आहे.येथील कातळ शिल्प जागतिक वारसा स्थळांच्या तात्पुरत्या यादीत समाविष्ट करण्यात आले आहे.
मानवी उत्क्रांतीच्या इतिहासाची साक्ष देणारी कातळ शिल्प चर्चेत आली आहेत.
प्राण्याची चित्र, मानवी आकृती, विविध भौमितिक आकार या खडकाळ भागावर आढळतात. थोडक्यात काय तर दगडावर कोरलेली चित्रं. पण चित्रं मानवी उत्क्रांती साक्ष देतात.

Narnala Fort
Narnala, also known as “Shahnur Fort”, is a hill fortress in Maharashtra, India, named after the Rajput Ruler Narnala Singh.
The name Narnala was given after the Rajput Ruler Narnal Singh or Narnal Swami.

The fort was built in 10 A.D. by Gond Kings. In 15th Century Mughals have occupied and rebuild the fort and hence it has been called Shahnoor Fort.

Narnala was one of the thirteen sarkar of Berar Subah.

Narnala consists of three small forts named Zafarabad fort (or Jafarabad) on the east, Narnala in the centre and Teliagarh on the west.

Kanhergad Fort lie in the mountain ranges of Sahyadri which lies in the fort range of Ajanta Satmaal is about 3582 ft. high above the sea. On the fort, we can see a rock-cut bastion which has a hole in the rock it is called "Nedhe" by the local people. There are around 6 to 7 water cisterns on the fort, a Shiv Linga, a rock cut cave which is facing Dhodap fort and also the remnants of old mansions. From the top of Kanhergad, we can see the forts of Markanday, Saptashrungi, Rawlya-Jawlya, Dhodap, Kanchna, and Handya

Chauler Fort is a small fort located 100 kilometres (62 mi) north of Nashik.
The history is similar to the Salher and Mulher forts. The fort was ruled by King Gawali.This fort was under the control of Maratha empire until it was captured by British forces in 1818.

पिंपळा उर्फ़ कंडाळा / कंडाणा किल्ला नाशिक जिल्ह्यातील कळवण तालुक्यात आहे. टेहळणीसाठी असलेल्या या किल्ल्याचे वैशिष्ट्य म्हणजे यावर असलेली दोन नेढी. यातील एक नेढे हे महाराष्ट्रातील सर्वात मोठे नेढे आहे.
