Payment terms, cancellation and booking process

st instalment with booking (non-refundable) – 30% of total invoice amount

nd instalment by 31st October – 40% of total invoice amount

rd and final instalment by 31st December – 30% of total invoice amount
Cancellation rules
In any case of cancellation for whatsoever reason, the 1st instalment will be 100%
non refundable

We will issue your invoice based on the booking form
Step 2 – Make the payments as per 1st instalment mentioned in the invoice and
handover your original passport and all required documents for your
Australian visa
Step 3 – Once your visa is approved we shall send you your e-confirmation copy of all
bookings and original passport
Step 4 – Pay your instalments as per date due
Step 5 – We expect the tickets to be in India by January and will send your complete
kit on or before 1st February to your postal address as per the booking form
