Temi Tea Garden is the only tea estate in Sikkim and one of India’s finest organic tea plantations. Located in South Sikkim near Ravangla, it covers about 177 hectares (around 440 acres) on the slopes below Tendong Hill. The estate was established in 1969 by the then Chogyal (King) of Sikkim and today produces premium orthodox organic teas that are exported worldwide.
