Builder "Rajeev Arora" ran away...Marketing office almost closed...all files moved from the marketing office...

Attention All Residents & Investors:
Builder "Rajeev Arora" who came for a meeting on Sunday April 26th-2015 clearly said he has no funds to pay the due of the authority and so registry won't open until he pays an approx. amount of Rs.3.5 Cr. When residents argued about what he did of the profit he made from this project, "he said he invested somewhere else" and now he has no funds to pay.
(Every time he comes he gives a new excuse and comes with other alternative as this time he said, he has 3 flats left so asked the residents to sell those flats and get the money deposited in the authority... (so residents who want to buy can buy at a low price and interested investors go ahead...he gave a new job..hahha...real estate agents)...I wonder of the investors who even don't know what's going on here...as few of them are nearby and few are even in abroad...it's high time...or this property will never be registered...)

And the builder made an excuse that he will be back in 5 minutes as he needs to take some fresh air...left the society and never showed back or even didn't pick the call.... also asked his son to leave the society. Eventually his son Mr. Kapil left flew away from the society selecting the back side of the road..side way of Nimbus..drove away in beautiful Sedan...as the residents were in front of the gate..so this is what's going on...(Also as per few employees who are still left, said there are no tiles and materials since last 3 months...so no flat is getting completed)

If anyone is planning to invest in Proview Technocity (Sector - CHI -5), don't ever do this. I don't think anyone would like to buy after checking this video...

Proview Technocity is the best real estate company in terms of PROFESIONALISM but only when they have to collect money, I really want to know what happens to their great professionalism when the customers come up with existing and on going problems in the Proview technocity apartmetns....why why..
what happens to them...
They do great follow ups when they have to get money from you...and then comes the funny part..we have to do a number of follow ups to get any single problem resolved or even to get their damn attention on any issue and many times calls get unanswered and worse part for this that you can't charge them any INTEREST......
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK PROVIEW TECHNOCITY EMPLOYEES, IF Any one from the management see this, have any shame on yourself then kindly get all the flat owners issue resolved who have taken their decisions to stay in your TECHNOCITY apartments, forget about the technical issues as I know how much technical guys you have, anyone can guess the level of technical knowledge and expertise that you guys belong to by checking those f...king sliding doors that you have used everywhere...What do you want Proview..do you really want every day some or the other flat owners get stuck in those balconies behind those extra technical doors and commit suicide....yes you really want this then only no one is bothered to get those techy doors fixed..I can guess what you will come up with...you need money right...take the s**t and get the s**t fixed...
just fix the damn ongoing issues in flats....I am really sick of you guys...

Funniest part of today's meeting Mr. MBA was invited for 1 minute by all of us and when asked when the registry will start..he said it will be done in a month and when someone said what if it doesn't happen, we will take legal action against you, then he replied promptly why me--take action against Proview.....he will always say things which he is not sure of...beware guys..
Lots of issues....A mail will be rolled out soon among all the residents...
