Incredible veg Konkani thali in Panjim, Goa.

The person taking the order did give me a second look when I asked for a veg thali 😁

It was delicious 😋

A lot of people might say that Konkani cuisine is all fish. Yes fish is a big part of it but vegetarian Konkani food is equally (if not more) delicious.
Oh and the Kokam soda - big yummy!!

Cycling is an amazing experience. The camaraderie and companionship is anyways incredible, but when you add delicious food and the gorgeous environs of Bhutan, you get magic.
