In today's world of travel, there are two distinct paths one can take. On one hand, there's the allure of destinations like Dubai, Vegas, Monaco to many a few, with its glitzy attractions and superficial appeal. Yet, on the other hand, there exists a deeper, more enriching journey—one that leads to offbeat destinations, embracing authentic cultural experiences and the wonders of nature.

Many a times, we’ve been told by our fellow country folk, “why would I want to see villages in India or what extra entertainment can I have as you won’t allow a Dj onboard nor sisha (ho**ah) to enjoy or name the list of celebrities that stayed with you?”

It begs the question: which kind of traveler do you aspire to be? Will you choose the path of conscious exploration, seeking to grow and learn from the enriching variety of authentic cultural and natural beauty that the world has to offer, primarily in off-the-beaten places? Or will you simply follow the herd, to take pictures that will inflate your ego and/or be fixated solely on the comparison of a superficial life?!

The Brahmaputra River is no ordinary river.

On the basis of its length (2,900 km), it is one of Asia’s principal rivers and, perhaps, the most turbulent. It originates from the icy glaciers of the Himalayas, passes through much of Tibet, the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam and finally merges with the holy river Ganga and empties into the Bay of Bengal.
