Let me elaborate. Today while waiting at Jayanagar Chariali signal, it was noticed so called educated citizens parked their expensive cars upto the signal. You can zoom and check. When a traffic police man approached the mid-aged couple, they started arguing instead of regretting and attempted to shift the car. So much inconvenience is faced by the law abiding citizens due to these पढ़े लिखे गंवार on every day basis who refuse to follow rules and regulations.
