This is the best time to visit the wildlife parks in Northeast India. Two World Heritage Site national parks - Kaziranga & Manas among other sanctuaries and nature reserves, this region is a biodiversity hotspot. Big mammals like the Asiatic Water Buffalo, the Elephant, the Royal Bengal Tiger and the iconic One-Horned Rhino roam its exotic natural habitats and sightings are best from February till early May.
