अमरनाथ यात्रा 2026 दिशानिर्देश (Guidelines)

🔱 हर हर महादेव | जय बाबा बर्फानी 🔱

1. पंजीकरण (Registration) अनिवार्य

* अमरनाथ यात्रा के लिए पूर्व पंजीकरण अनिवार्य है।
* ऑनलाइन या अधिकृत बैंक शाखाओं के माध्यम से पंजीकरण कराया जा सकता है।
* Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) जमा करना आवश्यक है।

2. आयु सीमा

* 13 वर्ष से कम और 70 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के व्यक्तियों को यात्रा की अनुमति नहीं है।
* 6 सप्ताह से अधिक गर्भवती महिलाओं को यात्रा की अनुमति नहीं है।

3. RFID कार्ड अनिवार्य

* प्रत्येक पंजीकृत यात्री को यात्रा शुरू करने से पहले RFID कार्ड प्राप्त करना होगा।
* बिना RFID कार्ड के यात्रा मार्ग पर प्रवेश नहीं मिलेगा।

4. स्वास्थ्य संबंधी सलाह

* यात्रा से कम से कम 1 माह पहले प्रतिदिन 4–5 किमी पैदल चलने का अभ्यास करें।
* प्राणायाम और गहरी श्वास के व्यायाम करें।
* हृदय, फेफड़े या गंभीर स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं वाले यात्रियों को डॉक्टर की सलाह अवश्य लेनी चाहिए।
