Visa Application Process.

This is an important update from the Embassy of Visa Section regarding the Swiss Schengen visa application process:

- As per the latest instructions from , with immediate effect, it is now mandatory for applicants in India to provide biometrics each time they apply for a Swiss .

- The 59-month validity is no longer applicable in India, and all new Swiss Schengen visa applicants will need to visit their nearest Centre to register their biometrics each time.

- Third-party visa application drop-offs are no longer permissable.
